Are Your Bartenders & Servers ServSafe® / ABC / TIPS Certified?
Yes, our bartenders & servers are ABC, TIPS, ServSafe® or state equivalent certified. ServSafe is a food and beverage safety training and certificate program administered by the National Restaurant Association. The program is accredited by ANSI and the Conference for Food Protection.
Do You Offer a Suggested Alcohol Shopping List?
We will help you with the process of determining how much and what type of each of the Liquor, Wine, Beer & Champagne you will need for your event based on the amount of guests you are expecting. We also will suggest great local vendors!
Will My Bartenders Arrive Early?
Staff arrives 60-90 minutes prior to your event start time for set-up, and that extra time is not part of the amount of hours of bartending service you request. For example, If you hire us to bartend your 5 hour event, we will show up 60-90 minutes early to set-up the bar, so we will be there for a total of 6/6.5 hours
Do You Provide Ice, Cups, Mixers, etc?
We offer a la carte bartending packages; from Bartender-Only to All-Inclusive (excluding alcohol). You can provide all of the Ice, Cups, Mixers, Garnishes, Straws, Napkins Bar, etc, or we can provide them as needed.
What are the benefits of hiring a bartender?
A hired bartender takes a huge workload off the hands of event planners or party hosts and ensures that the bar is operating in a timely, coordinated and excellent manner.
Are gratuities included with the staff bookings?
For the bar staff, you can do a direct gratuity at the event or allow them to have a tip jar. There is digital tipping info also available at the bar
Can you create a custom bar menu for our wedding or event?
We can design a menu for you to approve and then have it printed and mounted on the bar rental.
Do you cater food as well?
We primarily specialize in portable alcohol catering services, however we can coordinate with food caterers on your behalf or refer you to companies we have worked alongside in the past and that we trust.
Do You Carry Liquor Liability Insurance?
Most venues require your hired bar service to carry Liability Insurance. We carry this required liability insurance, up to 2 Million dollars in coverage. We can provide proof of our insurance upon request at no additional charge, naming your venue or clubhouse as an additional insured on the certificate of insurance (COI). We provide Liquor Liability, General Liability & Workers Compensation.
